Return Process

Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue with your organic products.

Our team will verify your request based on our safety standards; please note that opened perishable items are typically ineligible for return.
- 3.Ship Items Back
If a return is authorized, securely pack the items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is inspected and processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
